Our thanks and appreciation for looking after Hamish - our little Westie - while we were on holiday. The DVD you so kindly gave us was a wonderful insight into how much Hamish had enjoyed his stay. In all honesty, we thought he wouldnt want to come home with us at all!! Since it was the first time Hamish had stayed with you, there was always that thought in the back of your minds that things might go horribly wrong! Of course, we need'nt have worried. We would definitely use your services again, and would recommend you to each and everybody. Thank you so much
